Saad Baichoo
Registered Manager
With more than xx years experience in the care industry as a Care Home Manager and Registered General Nurse, I have a passion for dementia care and xx. I joined Palm Court as Clinical Lead during which time I developed good working relationships our regular healthcare professionals. I am proud to be part of such an amazing team and use my skills and experience to support our residents and their well-being.
Sheila Zafra
IPC Lead
Sheila has a true passion for caring for the elderly and brings a wealth of experience and expertise working forms strong bonds with residents, ensuring the team delivers high standards of compassionate and person-centred care.
Sheila is the home's Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) Lead ensuring best practice on the floor at all times. She is also our Nutrition Lead Nurse overseeing our Nutrition Champions.
Rose Arnaez
Head of Care
As Head of Care, I oversee the quality of care notes on our digital platform Person-Centred Software (PCS) and ensure best practice on the floor especially in Moving and Handling. Moving and Handling Trainer have worked at Palm Court from more than 20 years An experienced care home manager, Saad first joined Palm Court as our Clinical Lead
Saad forms strong bonds with residents and healthcare professionals, ensuring the team delivers high standards of compassionate and person-centred care. In addition to being Safeguarding Lead, Saad is also the Business Continuity Lead and Safeguarding Champion for the home.
